Terms and conditions for Gippsland Media’s 6-week Content Coaching Program 

1. Program Overview
   By enrolling in Gippsland Media’s 6-week coaching program you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. Gippsland Media’s 6-week Content Coaching Program is designed for Small Business owners seeking strategic guidance on the content creation for their business. Participants will meet weekly via Zoom (in a group or individual environment, depending on which program they purchased) to learn and receive guidance.
   
2. Investment and Payment Terms 
   1. The investment for the 6-week Content Coaching Program is a one-time payment of $997+GST for group learning, or $1,997+GST for 1:1 learning. 
   2. Payment must be made in full upon enrollment, no payment plans are available.
   3. Payment by invoice may be requested and Gippsland Media will approve/deny such requests at their own discretion.
      
3. Program Format
   1. Live, weekly 60 minute Zoom sessions. For individual sessions, we will agree on suitable times with each participant.
      For group learning, the sessions are held at the following times:
      Wednesdays, 11:00am

Wednesdays, 5:00pm
Thursdays, 12:00pm

2. Each session will be recorded, and participants who cannot attend live may submit their questions in advance.
   

4. Participant Responsibilities
   1. This is not a Done-For-You service and participants must take personal responsibility for implementing the strategies discussed.
   2. Attendance and active participation are essential to receive the full value of Gippsland Media’s 6-week Content Coaching Program.
   3. Participants are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, kindness, and integrity.
      
5. Refund Policy
   1. If, after the first session, you determine Gippsland Media’s 6-week Content Coaching Program is not a good fit, you may request a full refund.
   2. After the first session, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
      
6. No Guarantees or Warranties
   1. Gippsland Media’s 6-week Content Coaching Program is intended to provide strategic content advice and does not guarantee specific results or financial outcomes.
   2. Gippsland Media is not responsible for the success or failure of your business decisions.
      
7. Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, and Marketing Usage
   1. All Gippsland Media’s materials, including session recordings, are confidential and for participant use only.
   2. Participants may not distribute, share, or reproduce Gippsland Media’s 6-week Content Coaching Program content without prior written consent.
   3. If you share any wins, progress, or testimonials within Gippsland Media’s 6-week Content Coaching Program, you grant permission for these successes to be used in our marketing materials. All identifying information will be redacted to maintain your privacy.

   1. The primary mode of communication is through the live sessions. Gippsland Media does not provide ongoing support via direct messages or emails.
